Speaking 2 languages, I come across words (a lot less now compared to when I first learnt English) that I just cannot get my head around. It's either spelling or their prounciation that'll get me everytime or when and how to properly use them. I.e.: issue used to be one of those words or suffer. It annoyed me when people used these and I never knew when to use them or what they meant either. I think up until today, I have not learnt how to properly use necessary. People always giggle at me when I use it and I just never know why.
My new problem-word-of-the-month
LONGEVITY
LONGEVITY
I just can't get my head around its pronounciation and hence its spelling. Apparently it's pronounced: Long-Jevity, but spelt as if pronounced Long-Eh-Vity. So yea. I need to use this word in my exam tomorrow. It's important! But I bet tomorrow once I have used it I'll constantly double check my spelling ^^*.

Some comic relief in this time of continuous study:
