This annoys me. My phone still works fine, but has its problems here and there and I'm basically just waiting for it to die on me entirely. The day of all days is looming over my head ... the day on which this phone needs replacing.
It has always been a slight pain of finding a new phone that fits my expectations look and funcionality wise ... but now with this multitude of available looks [should I choose a touch screen, a touch screen or a touch screen?] I don't know what to do. I somehow feel like if I can buy a touch screen one [and I would only buy the iphone], then now is the time ... but I don't want one. Every sole on this planet has one. It feels like I personally own one already. I don't even want to hear the word APP anymore .. oo this app and that app. ITS A PHONE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Am I that backward?
It's already annoying that whenever I am sitting in a cafe with a bunch of friends, there is ALWAYS the odd moment where everyone pulls out their touch screen phones and check their facebook for notifications ... I mean yes, this is the owners fault, not the phones fault ... but I don't want to be part of that.
Despite all this (quite controversially) I feel like I would buy a touch screen to "fit in" any day over buying a boring old key phone ... Now that's peer pressure isn't it?
I hate feeling peer pressured and I won't succumb do it either. I HENCE have to do some SERIOUS looking and find one that has internet access and looks different / interesting / stands out from the myriad of touch screen phones and most importantly one that I fall in love with ... before then I will NOT buy a phone. PERIOD!
