The Dumb Self!

Avatar ... best movie ever. I have to agree with many critics, that the story line isn't anything outrageous, but the way this movie is created, it's not just any movie, it's an experience. The characters are made in a way that viewers can identify with their avatar and almost feel like it in fact our avatar. The 3D feature of this movie made it all even more real. I am happy James Cameron waited with the production of this film this long, because it would not have been that much of a hit years ago, in 2D.

Verdict: 5/5 stars! I will watch it again. Among my personal top 3 favourite movies!!!

I BROKE MY GLASSES! How smart am I really? (Speaking of which. I shouldn't even be studying at this uni! I should go to some university for the mentally disabled or whatever!!! But more later) Not that smart. I was sitting and watching TV, whatever it was that I was holding in my left hand at the time, I grabbed my glasses with my right hand and it slipped, and caught it. BUT! I must have pressed it against my leg, to prevent it from falling and I basically folded my glasses. My right lense snapped into 2 *sob*. If I had let it fall to the ground, it would have broken into 2. SO either way, it would have been the end of my glasses.

It's ok! Mom wanted me to get new ones anyway, since mine were super chipped - just because since I started wearing my contact lenses, I lost all my respect for glasses and don't treat them that well anymore. Tomorrow is my frame shopping day! Keep your fingers crossed that I get a cute frame. I usually get framless glasses, but this time I thought of getting semi framed ones, with dramatic sides, to make me look smarter (than I really am, as identified earlier).
