This is just too much. I've been watching TV for the last couple of months and this is just toootally getting to me.
So, everyone (generalization .. this is me assuming) wants a great proportioned body. The less fat and the more toned, the better one will feel. What are the 3 simplest tricks? Sleep, healthy diet and fitness (cardio and light weights). Who has the time or feels the need to do any of these things in a "hectic" lifestyle such as ours these days? No one. That's right. Who complains about getting fat? Everyone!
There is so much crap on TV on how to eat right and what to eat and when to eat and how to eat and what to pop onto what body part to receive whatever results. SERIOUSLY? I consider myself as very VERY stressed during the semester, and I don't really complain about weight issues. I don't sleep enough, but I try to eat healthy ... I don't eat meat, so that's a huge plus I think, I barely drink alcohol, I don't smoke and I exercise. So eventhough I'm forever stressed, I feel healthy.
Anyhow whoever complains about how ugly they feel and how fat they are and how they must try this new diet?! DON'T BOTHER! Just listen to your body while sleeping enough, eating healthily and exercising right! But please, pleaseee just stop showing these shows and tips and tricks on TV!
P.S.: Answer to my previous Banana Question of the day: Flammkuchen!
