Happy Unhappiness

*** JUNE 16 ***

Ok that being said, I can now get back to my normal business :P. I miss my internet, I know I have said that before already and as Fussy Leox has correctly pointed out, my blog posts are getting longer ... Sorry, I somehow can't help it. I feel deprived of the net and blogging and just the rushhh I get from sitting online (yes I'm kidding), so when I do get close to a computer I feel the strong need to write extra lots :P.

For some reason I can't get over the fact that people over here are just too funny. I think this is by far the most r-a-n-d-o-m crowd I have ever come across. The other day Total Turima and me were innocently walking and on our way to the city when some dude was about to pass us by. The walkways are a bit small so in a "normal" situation, in order to achieve successful passing by without dramatic injury, several options exist:

• We slightly bump into each other.
  
• We both move our shoulders in opposite directions, which would prevent a collision.
  
• Move out of the way and start walking on the grass.

Guess which option the dude chose to avoid a collision ? ... ... ... NONE! Exactly. He did something so random and unexpected, which just supported the fact that people are WEIRD over here. When we were just about to pass by, he lifted his arm really quickly all the way up into the air, waited until I had passed by and put it back down. Yes ... super weird... Made Happening Turima and me giggle for a while.

But wait that wasn't the only weird situation. On another day ... or was it the same day ? I don't even remember, but anyhow we were walking all innocently again on the road when some car with a huge loudspeaker stuck on the car and an announcer drove past us and slowed down. I didn't actually actively realize the whole thing, but just saw it from the corner of my eye. The driver stuck his head out the window, grabbed his microphone and said "Hey ladiesssss" and took off. ^^ Somehow I couldn't decide whether I should be embarrassed, because we were just hit on by some dude and everyone else on the road and surrounding apartment buildings were able to hear or should feel special, because who really ever gets hit on like this ???

So yes, is it kind of obvious why I would think that people are very random over here ?? Yup yup!

Argh! Life is unfair. I just found out that a really good friend of mine is not returning for next semester. He is just going to leave us all. Who am I supposed to go shopping with now? You can't just do this to all of us? Who is going to give me guy advice now? No one knows my shopping habits better than you do! I knowww I can always find someone else to shop with, but it's never gonna be the same! Who is gonna push my cart now and bug me cuz I'm spending too much time looking at a particular product. Who is gonna get freaked out with me and scared of infectious diseases just because some lady is walking around with a mouth protection? Who am I gonna send random template messages and receive random template messages? WHY are u doing this to us? I'm gonna miss you. Even though you are convinced that you never made a difference, you did! Deal with it! We will miss you! I wish you all the best with whatever you are doing/leaving for. I hope you will find your way back to your studies and make your way. You are a great person and a great friend! Thank you for everything! All the best!

P.S.: Sources tell me that results will be out next week. Let's see if that is going to be the case.
