I am quite surprised how big of a thing youtube has become. I used to use it as THE procrastination tool ever, which I still use it for now, but it's become such a part of my life. In fact, it seems to have become a huge part of everyones lives. It's become a noun! ... "Hey dude, go youtube the turtle that humps a shoe". I remember when my parents used to play complicated games, such as Myst they had solution books at hand, just in case they got stuck so they could consult their handy dandy book. Now what do people do? Right, they youtube their problems. Need a graphical interpretation of something? Chances are that you will find it youtubed on youtube.
Sooo, what this blogpost boils down to is Ray William Johnson. Don't know him? Check him out! He reviews random and hilarious youtube videos every Monday and Thursday and compiles it to ~5 minute episodes. He is the 2nd most subscribed youtuber ever, which I think is pretty impressive. His episodes actually helped me to understand the real dynamics and impact of youtube. I mean come on, people are starting up their own TV shows on youtube! ... with EPISODES! and all they need is a cam and internet. Crazy world! *sigh*
So he pointed out the "best cry ever" video, which I think is quite sad and you may even be shocked the first time around, but the more you watch it the funnier it gets. Feeling bad about laughing? That's cool. 12 million other viewers share your immorality.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
