About Me

My photo
I am in my 20's and a passionate student, majoring in Psychology. I was born and brought up in Germany, moved around about 4923 times and recently moved in with my lovely boyfriend Mr. Bubbles (no that is not his actual petname), who affectionately shares the space in my green Bubble.

I am a raging, almost melodramatic observant, who picks up on body language and gestures like no other. I love to spending my days out and about and observe anything that comes my way, just so I can report it to whoever is around me.

Storm

The only word I can think of that would describe the last 24 hours adequately, is storm.

It started with last night. All 3 of us were nicely settled and in our study corners, I was just gonna make myself some dinner when this massive amount of people stormed into our house and filled our living room. I don't think I've ever seen this house being filled so quickly :). It was a total A**** I******* (censored, due to racist activity).

16 of Ellie's friends had planned a quick surprise visit for her Bday. They brought her some cake and stood around in a circle saying prayers for her (which was super cute btw) *sigh*. They made her feel so special. So sweet. It was so funny though, because I was just about to make myself an omlette and all of a sudden there were like 16 people, so I kinda felt awkward and deferred my omlette making a bit.

When I finally finished making my omlette I figured that I didn't put in any cheese AND the egg was all funny and watery. Afterwards I felt giddy *tsk*. Oh oh and I added orange chilli for the first time. Super funny. Spicier than green chilli and not as spicy as red chilli.

More stormy issues woke me up this morning. The most massive storm hit today. I didn't know that this place was capable of producing storms like these. The last time I saw something like this was the usual monsoon. I was half asleep when I heard the rain and let me tell you it was SO awesome. I opened the window allll the way and went back to sleep. It's so relaxing to listen to the rain *sigh*. I hope the weather is gonna stay this way. I'm so fed up with the bloody sun. Everyday the same stupid sunny weather.

Anyhow, later today I watched the last bit of Germany's Next Topmodel and I can't believe it the models went to Singapore !!! *sigh*. I don't see how they got to go and I don't ever get to go. People keep making fun of me n my mixed up grammar (cuz everynow and then I would say something in English, but use German grammar or vice versa). From today onwards, I shall NOT care anymore :P. It happens to Heidi Klum too *muhahaha*. She looked at the three finalists and said "was ein schoenes Bild" (what a nice picture/constellation) and I just thought, waiiitt a minute ... that's not German grammar at all. So yea. Conclusion: it happens to famous people too, which of course doesn't justify the fact that it's still wrong but it somehow lessens the offense.

I was at the indian consulate yesterday and finally after 2 years they tell me I can get a 1 or 5 year visa. For the past 2 years they only told me that I could get a 6 months visa when I really could have gotten a 1 year visa or longer !!! I invested time and frigging $108 every 6 months, when I could have paid a little more but only once *tsktsk*. Such a rip off.
