Hungry (for knowledge and food) as ever, TDH and I were headed to the Quincy Markets. This market consists of 3 long storage halls, right next to each other. I believe the first is called the 'South Market', the center one, 'Quincy Market' and the third 'North Market' or something of the sort. I can't quite recall. These 3 halls are only a short distance from the shore and a little harbour.
It was starvation heaven. One food stall after the other. Every stall offering something else, at an affordable rate. I had only ever seen something of this sort in Asia, but never in a Western country. I was bewitched and bewildered by smell and choice. I ended up having some Indian and pizza. *duh*
I think I have never had so much pizza in a month EVER. I was always under the impression that the Indian Dominos pizza was good, NO WAY the American is HEAVEN! The base tastes a bit cardboardish once it's cold, but the toppings and the cheese make up for it.
OM NOM!
